2025年7月6日（日）11:30〜15:30 ，イリノイ大学日本同窓会の2024年度年次総会とリユニオンパーティ2025を東京・千代田区のグッドビューダイニングで行い，同窓生と在学生51名の皆さんが集まりました．

古市会長による開会の挨拶の後，会長の司会により年次総会が行われ，昨年度の活動報告，収支報告の後，会則の変更について矢部副会長から発議があり，承認されました．会則変更の要点は，理事会組織のスリム化による今後のイリノイ大学日本同窓会の持続的運営の容易化で，理事会で繰り返し議論された後大幅な会則変更案が承認されました．続いて，変更された会則に基づき，最大任期（3期6年）を迎えた古市会長の退任と，矢部会長の新任，小助川副会長と小原副会長の留任，和志武副会長と西村副会長の新任，生井澤会計幹事と柘会計幹事の新任が発議され，承認されました．なお，その他10名の理事については来年の年次総会で決定することと決まり，それまでは現行理事が継続することとなりました．

なお，年会費の徴収については今後定期支払いを原則とし，Peatixを使って行うこととなりました．8月から準備ができる予定ですので，メールマガジン等での通知をご確認くださいますよう，よろしくお願いいたします．

2025年7月6日（日）11:30〜15:30 ，リユニオンパーティ2025を東京・千代田区のグッドビューダイニングで行います．

On Sunday, July 6th, 2025, from 11:30 to 15:30, we will have a reunion party at Good View Dining in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

昨年2024年7月21日（日）に学士会館（現在改装のため閉館中）でリユニオンパーティを開催して以来9ヶ月が経ちました．今年は2025年7月6日（日）12:00-15:00に中央大学駿河台キャンパス「グッドビューダイニング」で年次総会と併せて開催いたします．中央大学駿河台キャンパスはJR御茶ノ水駅から徒歩約5分に位置し，中央大学駿河台キャンパスの最上階にあります．リユニオンパーティで使うのは初めてですが，交通の便も良くて会場は天井も高くて広々としており，適した場所と思います．

It has been nine months since we held our reunion party at the Gakushi-kaikan (currently closed for renovation) on Sunday, July 21, 2024. This year, we will hold our annual general meeting in conjunction with the reunion party on Sunday, July 6, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the “Good View Dining” in Chuo University's Surugadai Campus. Chuo University's Surugadai Campus is located approximately a 5-minute walk from JR Ochanomizu Station and is situated on the top (19th) floor of the campus. While this will be the first time we use this venue for the reunion party, it is conveniently located, has high ceilings, and is spacious, making it an ideal location.

2023年のリユニオンパーティ以来iMBAやiMCS等日本からイリノイ大学のオンラインプログラムを履修されている現役の学生さんにも多数ご参加いただいており，その時現役だった学生さんには修了された方も増えています．また，新たに入学された学生さんも多数いらっしゃると思います．今年もUIUC卒業・修了生と在学生，そして教員や訪問研究員等として滞在された皆さんが集うネットワーキングの場として，ご参集いただくのを楽しみにしております．

Since the 2023 reunion party, many current students from Japan who are enrolled in online programs at the University of Illinois, such as the iMBA and iMCS, have also participated. Among those who were current students at the time, many have since graduated. Additionally, we anticipate that many new students have recently enrolled. We look forward to welcoming everyone—UIUC graduates, current students, faculty members, visiting researchers, and others—to this networking event where we can connect and share experiences.

また，ビジネス等における様々な機会で同窓生の方と知り合った場合にはリユニオンパーティの情報をお伝えいただき，日本に滞在中のPOCとしてイリノイ大学日本同窓会をご利用いただければと思います．

※イリノイ大学日本同窓会(JIC)は，会員の皆様からの年会費によって運営しています．コロナ禍の期間中2020,2021,2022年度は会費を徴収していませんでしたが，2023年度から会費の徴収を再開しました．年会費は本リユニオンパーティの参加費とは別に後日徴収いたしますので，ご協力をよろしくお願いいたします．

* The Japan Alumni Association of the University of Illinois (JIC) is funded by annual membership dues from its members. JIC did not collect membership dues in fiscal years 2020, 2021, and 2022 during the period of the Corona Disaster, but has resumed collecting membership dues in fiscal year 2023. The annual membership fee will be collected at a later date in addition to the fee for this reunion party.
